Non-corrugated cardboard packaging Share
Not accepted
The category covers all non-corrugated cardboard that carries a processing fee.
Compress the packaging thoroughly. It saves space and decreases transport. Plastic tops may remain on cartons.
Foreign material, such as plastic or food remains, should be removed, as they would decrease the recycling value of the material.

What happens to the material?
The material is compressed and baled at the receiving and sorting plant of SORPA at Gufunes in order to reduce its volume. It is then
transported to Sweden for further sorting and recycling.
Recycled flat cardboard is used to manufacture e.g. cardboard that is used to make new packaging.
